Das bestehende Ausstellungsgelände „Wiener Messe“ wird umgebaut und auf einer Teilfläche den Erfordernissen eines zentraleuropäischen Messe-/Kongressstandortes angepasst werden.
Der erste Bauabschnitt umfasst zwei Ausstellungshallen (130 x 130 m).
