4.3 Die Durchführung einer Teillieferung bedarf der Zustimmung durch OTTO BOCK.
4.4 Der Zulieferer hat fachgerecht entsprechend der Produktbeschaffenheit und der gewählten Beförderungsart auf seine Kosten zu verpacken.
Hat OTTO BOCK ausnahmsweise Verpackungskosten zu tragen, so berechnet der Zulieferer diese zu Selbstkosten; bei Rücksendung ( unfrei ) der Verpackungen sind mindestens zwei Drittel der Selbstkosten gutzuschreiben.

4.4 The supplier must pack the products correctly at his expense, depending on the quality of the products and according to the chosen mode of transport.
In exceptional cases if OTTO BOCK has to bear the cost of packing, the supplier shall invoice the charges at cost price; at least two-thirds of the cost price shall be credited on returning the packagings ( freight not prepaid ).
