In Shavei Zion steht das Jahr 2014 im Zeichen vieler Aktivitäten zur Dorfverschönerung.
Der Anfang war Ende letzten Jahres die Renovierung der großen Menora auf dem alten Wasserturm.
Nun ist der Wasserturm frisch gestrichen und die kleine Gartenanlage rund herum neu angelegt worden.
