Auf der diesjährigen RSNA 2014 - Radiological Society of North America stellt es vom 30. November bis 05. Dezember 2014 in Chicago seine eine MR-kompatible Version seiner neuen mehrkanaligen Ultraschallplattform mit modularem Aufbaukonzept vor.
Die Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) wurde 1915 gegründet, um die höchsten Standards der Radiologie und verwandter Wissenschaften in Lehre und Forschung voranzubringen und zu entwickeln.
Nach der Organisation, die der Veranstalter ist, wird auch der »RSNA«, der jährliche, weltgrößte und wichtigste Kongress für Radiologen und Wissenschaftler in Chicago benannt.

Von 1961 bis 1962 arbeitete er als Facharzt für Radiologie in Rom, bevor er 1962 über ein Stipendium und eine Assistenzstelle am Röntgeninstitut der Johannes-Gutenberg-Universität Mainz nach Deutschland kam.
1964 trat er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter für Kontrastmittelforschung in die Schering AG in Berlin ein.
