Capitalization of hyphenated words in titles

FrazzledTranslator
Hello@all,

Should hyphenated words in titles be capitalized (i.e. both words)?
Example: practice-oriented, as in following title:

"A Practice-Oriented Textbook with 20 Commented Clinical Cases" OR

"A Practice-oriented ....."

Thanks in advance

Hey FrazzledTranslator,

Depending on the context or who you are translating for, you can probably go either way. I personally prefer the former, however, with both parts of the hyphenated word capitalized.

That's apparently also the rule, according to APA style at least:

Cheers,
