Mithilfe von Infinitiv, Gerundium oder Partizip können wir im Spanischen Nebensätze kürzen.
Beispiel

For verbs ending in er/ir and whose word stem ends with a vowel, we construct the gerund with yendo (not:
iendo).
espanol.lingolia.comsirviendo
Für Verben auf er/ir, bei denen der Wortstamm auf Vokal endet, bilden wir das Gerundium mit yendo (nicht:
iendo).

After verbs of perception or description (ver, describir, representa…, however, the gerund can also refer to the object.
Example:
espanol.lingolia.comDie Schafe waren damit beschäftigt, Gras zu fressen und mit den Schwänzchen zu wackeln.
