Dabei wird der Status auf offen (OPEN) bzw. überfällig (OVERDUE) gesetzt und ein PDF erzeugt und im Dateisystem abgelegt.
Welche Vorlage für die PDF-Erzeugung benutzt wird, steuert der Parameter optionale template_id.
