Die Schüler konnten wählen zwischen der Gestaltung eines Musicalsongs (“You can't stop the beat” aus Hairspray), einer Theaterszene, eines Stepptanzes (aus „42nd Street“) oder der Gestaltung von Kostümen.

They all learnt the popular song ‘ You Can’t Stop The Beat’ from the musical Hairspray which was to be used as the finale for the public performance later in the week, how to put together a tap sequence as in 42nd Street and designed and made costumes for characters from their favourite musicals.

Stepptanz Seit den zwanziger bis hin zu den 50er Jahren erfreute sich der Stepptanz bei Tänzern und Publikum großer Beliebtheit, wobei er seinen Höhepunkt während der dreißiger Jahre erfuhr.
