In diesem Labor werden unterschiedliche räumliche und technologische Arbeitssituationen und Umgebungen wie sie heute und vor allem auch zukünftig in Bürogebäuden vorkommen ( Sprecharbeit, Stillarbeit, Einzelarbeit, Projektarbeit etc. ) in Verbindung mit multilokalen Arbeitsszenarien ( zu Hause, im Verkehrsmittel, im Co-Working Zentrum, bei Kunden etc. ) demonstriert und erlebbar gemacht.
Das Workspace Innovation Lab ist als Lived-in Labor konzipiert, in dem die neuesten Fragestellungen, Konzepte und Produkte zur Büro- und Wissensarbeit direkt im Nutzungsprozess untersucht, evaluiert und weiterentwickelt werden.
Auf dieser Experimentalplattform können nahezu alle Aspekte einer räumlich und zeitlich flexiblen Arbeitswelt nachgebildet und untersucht werden.
