For each film submitted, a separate entry form must be filled out and returned to the festival office.
A VHS viewing cassette ( PAL or NTSC norm ) , that will remain in the archive of the festival for documentation , a summary , various ( press ) documents and four reproducible pictures must also accompany the entry form .
Slides or digital images on CD-ROM are preferred, please no printouts!
