Gewonnen hat den Wettbewerb Marcel Lukas Flatscher ( Rang 1 ), Kochlehrling im Suvretta House, St. Moritz, gefolgt von den Kochlehrlingen Bruno André Moreira da Costa ( Rang 2 ) aus dem Hotel Altana, Scuol, und Michael Haas ( Rang 3 ) aus dem Hotel Waldhaus, Sils-Maria.
Die Jungkochtalente überzeugten mit ihrem Können die Fachjury , der neben Bernd Ackermann auch Spitzenkoch Roland Jöhri sowie Martin Scherer , Direktor des Hotels Schweizerhof St. Moritz , angehörten .
Die offizielle Siegerehrung erfolgte vor grossem Publikum am Great BMW Gourmet Finale, Freitagabend, 31. Januar 2014. Marcel Lukas Flatscher kann sich gleich auf mehrere Preise freuen:
