Der Studiengang gliedert sich in zwei Bereiche.
Das Bachelorstudium Wirtschaftspsychologie ist in die Bereiche Psychologisches Grundlagenwissen, Wirtschaftspsychologie mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalarbeit und Nachbarfächer gegliedert.
Der erste Bereich beinhaltet die Fächer Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie, Eignungsdiagnostik und Pädagogik sowie ein Fach aus den Nachbarfächern Betriebswirtschaft, Arbeits- oder Sozialrecht oder Arbeitswissenschaften.
