They further reveal that dyneins target cortical anchors by diffusing along the microtubule and switch to directed movement upon binding to the anchor.

Sie bewegen sich erst diffus entlang der Mikrotubuli, und sobald sie ein Ankerprotein erreicht haben, schalten sie auf eine zielgerichtete Bewegung um.
