„Durch eine Verbesserung der informellen Lehrlingsausbildungssysteme kann auch die lokale Wirtschaft eine neue Dynamik erfahren, denn die Lehrlingsausbildung trägt zur Diversifizierung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen bei und stärkt die Innovationsfähigkeit, die Produktivität sowie die Anpassungsfähigkeit von Klein- und Kleinstunternehmen“ (ILO, 2012).
