Unter seiner Leitung konnte das Unternehmen - auch dank Akquisitionen - den jährlichen Umsatz mit externen Kunden um rund CHF 200 Mio. erhöhen, gleichzeitig erhebliche Kosteneinsparungen für die Swisscom Konzerngesellschaften realisieren und über tausend neue Arbeitsplätze schaffen.
