Nach unserer eigenen klinischen Erfahrung ist die submukoperichondriale Injektion von BTA in das Nasenseptum eine für den Arzt einfach durchzuführende und vom Patienten gut tolerierte Alternative.

Die Injektion von BTA in das Nasenseptum wurde als nur gering unangenehm beurteilt (VAS-Mittelwert 0,76).
Eine gute Symptomkontrolle wurde bei drei Patienten bzgl. der Rhinorrhoe und bei allen Patienten bzgl. der nasalen Obstruktion erzielt.
