Die Anzahl der von der GAGFAH S.A. ausgegebenen Aktien beläuft sich derzeit auf insgesamt 215.952.555 Aktien, jeweils mit einem Nennwert von 1,25€ je Aktie, so dass das gezeichnete Kapital der GAGFAH S.A. aktuell 269.940.693,75€ beträgt.

The total number of shares in issue of GAGFAH S.A. is currently 215,952,555 shares, each with a nominal value of €1.25 per share, so that the total subscribed capital amounts to €269,940,693.75.
