In der Handelsregister-Anmeldung ist die einzutragende Gesellschaft unter Angabe von Firma, Sitz ( politische Gemeinde ), Rechtsdomizil ( Strasse, Hausnummer, Postleitzahl und Ortschaft ) eindeutig zu identifizieren.
